• We help develop formal agreements between universities who wish to become partners.

Student Support

• We assist the Study Abroad office and students with application processes.
• We provide Zoom orientations for students.
• We arrange airport transfers.
• We oversee on-site registration process.
• We help solve problems that may arise during the program.

Administrative Support

Our Fees

Our fees are paid by the students who participate in the programs we develop:

  1. When program agreements are in place, (you) the sending university promotes the opportunity on your campus.
  2. You collect the funds from your students (including the ATES student fee).
  3. ATES invoices you for the cost of the program (including the ATES student fee).
  4. ATES pays the receiving university upon receipt of their invoice. In some cases, ATES prepays some of the costs (e.g., deposits) before collecting money from your university.
  5. Some sending universities add a small service charge to help cover department costs and those are retained by the sending university.
